Additional Info: - Provide clinical leadership to 4 Center for Women locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.- 60% clinical, 40% admin split- Will have same requirements and duties as physiciansQUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- 2-5 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting- Able to work effectively with and as a team player- Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints- Spanish speaking preferredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- AZ license- Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff- Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
