Primary Care Physician | Up to $350k

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilledPrimary Care Physicianto join our team. As a reputable healthcare facility, we offer an outstanding opportunity for career growth and medical directorship. Located in Northern California not far from the coast.

Job Details:

1. Specialty: Primary Care (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
2. Type: Full-time (Permanent)
3. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
4. Call: Occasional Weekends and Weekday evenings (rotating schedule)
5. Compensation: Base range from $250K to $350K+ with a maximum hire-in of $280K for new graduates

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• New grads are welcome
• Experience in vasectomies and other specialized cases preferred, but not required
• CAH and RHC experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clinic: 80% of workload
• Inpatient Unit: 20% of workload
• Optional ED work available and paid separately
• Autonomy level: High, with own panel of patients
• Supervision of APPs
