• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days
• OTVs are seen on Wednesday
• 10 - 12 consults per week, 16 cases on-treatment per day, 5 - 10 follow-ups per week
• See follow-ups, check plans, on beam Tx checks, notes, OTV visits, & sometimes SBRT required
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
