Responsibilities - Analyze and optimize business processes, create artifacts that include a Business Case Analysis, use case description, As-ls Workflows, Process Owners, and Processes Inventory to describe/define Department or Area. - Write correspondence and briefings/presentations in a clear, concise and effective manner, ensuring intended audience understands in a single rapid read and professionally formatted document. - Manage project execution, update/maintain project schedule; update Work Breakdown Structure activities, tasks and relationships; determine duration/effort; monitor actual/planned time. - Identify/mitigate risks; resolve issues supporting the Medical Treatment Facility stakeholders. - Discuss training of new workflows and opportunities to optimize existing workflows by conducting monthly meetings with clinical staff and Clinical Systems Trainers.
