We have an opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health and wellness principles at an employer-sponsored clinic. •  Manage only 10-14 patients per day

•  $240,000 - $270,000 base salary plus a 10% outcomes-based bonus (negotiable)

 Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
