- Reason for Opening: Resignation of Hematology Oncologist at Practice
- 50% Hematology
- 50% Oncology
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
- Hem/Onc only practice
- Adults only
- No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Radiology Oncology which is 5 miles from practice
- No APP's in practice
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
- Open to H1B candidates, but cannot sponsor J1 candidates
