• Must have active state license
• Weekdays, Days
• 2 - 3 clinic days, 2 - 3 OR days
• 45 patients per full day & 20 - 25 patients per half day in clinic, 5 - 14 surgical cases per week
• Candidate should have completed a hand surgery fellowship w/ proficiency in elbow down
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
