• Guarentee of $300,000 with most providers making $350,000
• Sign-On & Relocation = $65,000
• 7 Weeks of Paid Time Off
• 10 Days of CME Time Off with $5,000 Allowance
• No Call Responsibilities 
• Have The Time You Need with Your Patients, 12-14 Patients Per Day
• Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
