Group seeks a BC/BE Neuro Interventional fellowship trained physician with Neuro Endovascular training to join an expanding neurosciences program. This neurology or neurosurgery trained Neuro Interventionalist or Neuro Interventional Radiologist will join a Neuroscience team of 3 Neurosurgeons, 3 medical Neurologists, 1 Neuro Hospitalist and Neuro Radiologists.
The region’s busiest emergency department with more than 94,000 visits per year. 10 bed dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit. Robust hospitalist service provides medical consultative support.
A Primary Stroke Center, was recently granted the highest award by the American Stroke Association for providing outstanding stroke care. Comprehensive Stroke Center status is expected by 2021.
There are 3 Physiatrists on staff to direct rehabilitation care and neuropsychology consultation service available.
