Northern New York State Orthopedic Surgeon Job – 1 Hour from Syracuse

  • Open to candidates that are boarded (or in process) by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery or Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons

  • Plans to build up to six surgeons and APPs
  • Group will offer a wide spectrum of general and specialized orthopedic services
  • Opportunity for fellowship trained physicians, as well (must be willing to dedicate some time to general ortho, though)
  • Call of 1:4
  • Office is located very close to the hospital campus
  • Established robotic surgery program with da Vinci Xi
  • Teaching opportunities available with family medicine and internal medicine training programs if desired

• Organization Information:
  • 300 bed hospital
  • Medical staff of over 150 physicians
  • Year 1: Base salary of $560,000 plus RVU production
  • Years 2-4: Base salary of $610,000 plus RVU production
  • Sign on bonus of $50,000
  • Loan repayment of $20,000 per year
  • Relocation reimbursement: $10,000
