Southeast Alabama Family Medicine - Established patient base

Job Details:

• Monday thru Friday, strictly outpatient setting.
• Work 4.5 day workweek.
• Work with 2 APPs
• Replace physician that retired

Compensation/Benefits:

• Comp model: base salary + bonus
• Salary: $190,000-low 200?s DOE
• Bonus: paid once/year (May), based on charges not collections ; also based on quality and performance measures
• Docs are averaging $50,000+/year

Benefits:

• Malpractice ins: FTCA + gap insurance
• Health & Dental insurance: BCBS 100% paid for employee (cost for dependents)
• SICK: 12 days
• HOL: 8 paid + birthday
• VAC: 4 weeks / 20 days
• CME: 5 days + $3,000
• Cell phone: $1,200/yr
• $1,500/yr = professional dues, Board recert, license renewal, etc.
• 403b Retirement annuity: fully vested day 1, 5% match after 2 years
• Life Insurance: $100,000 paid w/ option for more
• Loan Repayment eligible: Eufaula HPSA = 20 (providers receiving funds)
