DESCRIPTION:

Up to 15 patients/day; Adult patients only

Examine the patient and determine the best course of action while documenting in our paperless health program The VAs VISTA/CPRS electronic patient record system.

Develop and implement patient management plans, communicating with Patient Aligned Care Team to ensure appropriate standards of care.

Partner with the Center Medical Director to discuss patient outcomes, policies, procedures, and records.

EMR: VISTA/CPRS

REQUIRED:

KY state license; active, unrestricted

BC/BE

BLS

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

M-F 8 am-5pm
