myDermRecruiter is recruiting for a Multi-Specialty Group in Annapolis, MD. This clienthas a full-time plastics department and a newly built-out surgery center. This physician-owned and led group is seeking a BC Dermatologist or Fellowship Trained Mohs Surgeon to operate in the new surgery center. They are hoping for the provider to split time seeing patients for General Dermatology & Mohs cases. The provider would have an untapped opportunity to build Mohs volume. The other on-staff providers in the group include ENT Specialists (with a focus on the body and facial reconstructions) and an Allergist.

Additional Highlights Include:

• Above market compensation package - salary + 40% of collections. An additional bonus program is available
• Mohs cases would be as broad or as narrow as the provider would like and include facial & body reconstruction
• The provider will have flexibility in terms of caseload and an opportunity to build up Mohs cases through local referral patterns
