Responsible for performing initial psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Completion of patient discharges, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Treatment team leadership.
Daily care of patients in the acute inpatient child & adolescent program.
Outpatient volume available if interested.

Monday-Friday, days only, minimal call & weekends required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
1.MD/DO degree from an accredited program required.
2.Board Certified or Board Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatry required
3.Licensed to practice in the State of AK or the ability to obtain an AK medical license.
4.Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
