Responsibilities - Perform pre-placement evaluations for prevention of occupational injuries and illness. - Evaluate and provide medical preparations for employees traveling and/or deploying to other parts of the world. - Perform physical examinations/evaluations and laboratory tests to the various occupational exposures encountered by employees. - Examine employee with personal medical conditions, which interrupt or interfere with their work. - Manage the Hearing Conservation and Occupational Vision Program as required for medical surveillance within the Occupational Health Clinic. - Maintain liaison with private health care providers to ensure proper placement or disposition of employees. - Conduct and arrange for ergonomic evaluations in coordination with industrial hygiene. - Implement delegated personnel management responsibilities; interview and select personnel for vacancies, and approves annual and sick leave.
