Geriatrician needed - PACE program - Boston area

PACE is a nationwide innovative comprehensive care model serving elderly.
Newly opened facility with 4 Geriatricians, a Psychiatrist and 3 Geriatric NPs
11 member interdisciplinary supportive team cares for our patients
Our services include adult day health activities, onsite clinical care, behavioral health and rehabilitation
Physicians follow patients throughout acute, sub-acute, long term and home care setting
Small patient panels of 150 per clinical team
Opportunity to precept residents
Generous time off including 4 weeks vacation
Located 20 miles south of Boston
