Job/Practice Description:

• This is a four provider facility

• The clinic is staffed with a Medical Director and two FT NPs

Profile Background:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree

• Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine

• Veterans Health Administration (VA)

• Basic Life Support (must be renewed periodically as specified by the certifying agency AHA valid for two years, e.g.) and in ACLS

• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

• Preferred: 1 year of clinical medical practice; government healthcare environment
