Family Medicine - Well-Established Yale Affiliated Practice - Southern Connecticut
- Well-established practice with three providers and six exam rooms
- Need due to retirement and growth
- Turning away 15+ new patients daily / incoming physician will be busy from day one
- Outpatient practice / initial few months will require some inpatient
- Nursing home rounding
- 4-day workweek
- Weekend call 1:13
- Partnership
- NexGen EMR
- Each physician is assigned an MA
- Teaching of Quinnipiac Medical Students
- Average patient census 20-22
- Excellent retention rate
