• Outpatient only, 4-day work week
• Average of 16-20 patients per day
• Each physician is provided 2 medical assistants
• Guaranteed base salary plus incentives production structure

• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid medical license
• Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
