We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team at our Montgomery, AL location. We offer a rewarding opportunity to practice high-quality, full-spectrum ophthalmology with a focus on cataracts and bread-and-butter cases.

• Established, reputable practice serving a population of over 500,000 in Alabama and Florida
• Conveniently located in Montgomery’s medical district with a modern, 12,000+ square foot facility
• Supportive team environment with dedicated technicians, scribes, surgical scheduler, and in-house call center

• Strong emphasis on patient satisfaction with efficient workflows to minimize wait times

Responsibilities

• See patients in clinic 3.5-4 days per week
• Perform surgeries 1-1.5 days per week with room for growth to 2 full days
• Manage a mix of new and established patients
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care, including cataracts, SLTs, stints, YAG, PIs, lesion removals, and premium lenses
• Participate in call coverage

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $325,000 with a production bonus model
