Permanent Psychiatry Job Las Cruces, NM

An opportunity with 1 of central New Mexico's biggest employers is now available to a psychiatrist due to growth. Work Monday to Friday with a 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient mix and a shared call among the staff. You can expect to see 18 to 20 patients per day on average. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and other ancillary staff. The facility requires that you be board certified within 3 years of post residency. If you do not currently hold a medical license in NM, CompHealth has a licensing team that can assist you with the process and application. H-1B visa holders can be sponsored.

You will receive a base salary of $300K, a sign-on bonus, up to $15K for relocation assistance, and paid licensing fees. You will also be provided life insurance, LTD and STD, 5 days of CME and $5K, a 401(k) retirement plan, comprehensive benefits package, 30 days of PTO, and malpractice with tail coverage.
