• Currently there are 2 general surgeons on staff
• The third surgeon recently left; looking to replace this surgeon
• Bread & Butter general surgery position
• Lapro and open endoscopies-they have no GI's on staff
• MGMA median Income Guarantee salary + full benefits
• Then go on w/RVU productivity
• Call is 1:3
