• MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified FM or IM - Required. If IM must be able to see all ages
• MN license in hand - Required. can not consider IMLC or non licensed.
• AVAILBAE FOR DEC DATES OF COVERAGE - Required. Must disclose at name clear
• BLS,ACLS, DEA - Required
• PALS, ATLS - Preferred
• Clean malpractice/background for credentialing - Required
• Local - Preferred
• Certification Requirements: ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• DEA
• PALS
• License Requirements: Minnesota
