Job Description

Locums - Pediatric Hospitalist coverage for eastern North CarolinaClinical Role

  • 100 bed hospital with 10 bed pediatric unit
  • Need is for 24-hour call coverage
  • Coverage needed:
    • May 16 5p to May 185p
    • May 205p to May 31 5p
    • Orientation required prior to first shift
  • Rounding &Call responsibilities; schedule C-sections & deliveries
  • Average inpatient census of 5; average of 2 admissions/day
  • Respond to Codes but no ICU/Critical Care procedures required
  • Not required to remain on site; hotel near facility provided
  • EMR is Epic
  • Active North Carolina license and Board Certification required
