Job/Practice Description:

• The physician must provide clinical care to patients in accordance with regulations to include but not limited to obtaining patient history, ordering labs and diagnostic studies

• Hospital-employed

• Call 1:3

• Some travel to outreach clinics 1-2 times per month

• The facility has a dedicated hybrid OR w/ Siemens system, vein center, full range of open and endo procedures

• The practice has 2 NPs
