  • Seeking a board certified Family Medicine physician 
  • 85% Clinical  Role 
    • Geriatric patient panel
    • Looking for someone passionate about Geriatric Medicine  
    • Outpatient only (Candidates must have recent outpatient exposure)
    • Typical Day Census: 10-14 Patients
    • Call responsibilities: Light Phone Call
  • 15% Administrative Role
    • Work closely with CMO
    • Review outpatient productivity and other key performance metrics 
    • Scheduling 
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Dedicated administrative time
  • Office Support: LPN, Front Desk, Office Manager
  • 3 exam rooms
  • EMR: Athena
