A prominent and well- respected Oncology/Hematology group is seeking a dynamic chairperson to oversee and help extend its hospital cancer and hematologist services in Brooklyn, New York.

Position: Chief of Hematology/Oncology for Academic Center Hospital

Position Summary: This independent community hospital, in partnership with a premier network of oncology treatment centers, is in the process of expanding its outpatient cancer services to meet the needs of its surrounding and diverse community. You will be joining a hospital with robust programs of graduate medical education including an ACGME accredited hematology/oncology fellowship program. This hospital is an affiliate of the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine. Applicants would be expected to qualify for a faculty appointment at the associate professor level.

Starting Salary: HighlyCompetitive base salary wit Productivityand Quality Incentives.

Location: The practice manages a freestanding outpatient 7-day per week Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, radiation oncology, pharmacy and a research department.
