Permanent Psychiatry Job Charlotte, NC

Seeking a BC/BE psychiatrist. This physician would join 3 hospital employed psychiatrists and 3 advanced practice providers.

• 38 bed IP unit; divided into a general adult unit, geriatric unit, intensive care unit, and med-psych unit
• Hospital owned outpatient clinic adjacent to hospital campus
• Call is generally 1:5, rotating week nights. Weekend call is 1:5 (rounding and call) with an advanced practice provider
• Multidisciplinary treatment team including a clinical psychologist, APP, licensed clinical social worker, addiction specialist, and other disciplines on staff. Group meets daily to plan care and workloads.
• Guaranteed base salary (for first 6 months) and then base plus productivity bonus

Requirements:

• BC/BE Psychiatrist
• NC License in good standing
• Clean background
