Job Description

CompHealth is assisting a group in Connecticut with their search for a family practice physician that sees all ages. They are affiliated with a prestigious organization, and offers a great work-life balance with no nights or weekends, minimal call schedule, and is a 100% outpatient clinical setting. You will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day. There is a full suite of practice management services that allow the physicians to focus on patient care. Enjoy a collegial and supportive environment with access to resources and specialists. This position also offers an academic affiliation which provides opportunity for teaching and leadership. If professional growth and work-life balance are priorities, this is the perfect opportunity for you. They welcome board certified family medicine physicians. Physicians may be board eligible if they are 2 years out of residency.

This employed model offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will enjoy a two or three year guarantee for base salary, then transitions to a productivity-based RVU model. You may also receive loan repayment, medical benefits, a 403(b), vacation time, and malpractice insurance.
