Full Time Orthopedics Job Rutland, VT
CompHealth is currently assisting a busy and well-supported Vermont practice with their search for an orthopedic surgeon. An unplanned loss of a busy orthopedic joint specialist creates a wonderful opportunity. An established practice of 300 plus per year primary and revision hip and knee replacements is available at the base of the largest ski area in the eastern US. Join a group of 6 physicians with new office building, PA/NP support, and an extremely efficient surgical suite that needs a 2nd total joint surgeon. The medical staff is above the 90th percentile in satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with the hospital, and the hospital is ranked as one of the top 100 hospitals in the US for joint replacement.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and is productivity based and well above median MGMA.
You will enjoy working in this Vermont town, located near the celebrated skiing at Killington and Stratton resorts. This metropolitan area is cradled between beautiful mountains, outdoor recreation during every season, scenic views, and small, friendly, farm communities. Be one of the lucky people who call New England home.
