Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join their team at The Plaza Family Medicine. Working within a patient-centered medical home that includes case management, clinical pharmacy, behaviorist, and clinical informatics, you'll practice medicine in a collaborative environment focused on providing high-value care to patients and families. - Full-time at 1.0 FTE
- Monday to Friday schedule, 4 to 4.5 days per week
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine with or without OB
- Located on the campus of tertiary care center with access to range of specialists
- Serving a culturally and medically diverse patient population
