Compensation Package Overview

• Base Salary with a 3-year income guarantee plus quarterly production bonus w/RVU
• Profit sharing plan

• 5 days for Continuing Medical Education - $5K for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration, and board certifications)

Opportunity

• Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
• Average 25-35 patients/day (each Physician has a Nurse or M.A. that works with them)
• 1 in 5 call

• 344-bed tertiary hospital providing a comprehensive continuum of inpatient services with a fully developed ambulatory service line on campus
• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) - integrated EMR system.
