Permanent Cardiology Interventional Job Bakersfield, CA
A very progressing and respected group in Bakersfield, CA looking to add another partner. They are looking for either and Interventional Cardiologist who doesn't mind doing some Invasive work, as well or an Invasive only cardiologist. Very good, well-established group.
Base Salary: Income guarantee for the first two years and is very negotiable per year based on skillset and practice preferences.
*Productivity Bonus starting the second year of practice based on annual collections.
Mature Income potential is 600 to 650K
PTO/ Vacation: 4 Weeks
Insurances: Malpractice, Health insurances Moving allowance up to $10,000

We are looking for a strong candidate who is a 'Team Player' interested in practicing all-around Cardiology, Expect to work efficiently. You will be asked to participate in ECHO reading panels and also attend a satellite facility once a week. Your ability to blend in the group culture and willingness to accept guidance from senior partners is crucial for your success. Flexibility is essential in navigating today's challenging private practice environment.

Close proximity to all three open-heart programs in the community. (All area hospitals within 15 to 20 minutes of driving distance from our Bakersfield office)
Attend satellite facility once a week, (Satellite practice usually, 45 minutes drive one way)

Depending upon your training and your practice preferences you will have the opportunity to perform office and hospital consultations, stress testing, Echo and stress Echo readings, Tilt table studies, TEE, and Nuclear cardiology. Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Temp, and Perm pacemakers, implantable loop recorders. Opportunity to learn and treat chronic venous disorders of lower extremities in our vein center
