• Hospitalist on staff for admissions
• Brand new ORs with dedicated surgical team, first assist and anesthesia coverage
• For Joint patients, there is a surgical unit with a dedicated hallway
• Employed practice with onsite office and practice manager
• Precept with Medicine residents and students on elective rotations
