        Primary Care provider wanted for a well-established Rural FQHC,100% Outpatient, a great working environment with a congenial staff, to include 2 mid-level practitioners, patient consensus is up to 18 to 20 per day, M-F 8 to 5, or M-F, flexibility w/schedule is possible (e.g. 32 hrs. per week vs. 40) NHSC loan eligible and will consider H1b & J-1 visas

        Base Salary $240K, plus $20K signing bonus and $10K quality bonus,  Malpractice, Licensing, Marketing, All office overhead, staff and equipment, CMEs, Holidays and 4 weeks paid vacation, Competitive Benefit package that includes dental, health and vision for entire family, Life Insurance, 403b,  CME (5Days and $2K Stipend) Holidays and 25 PTO days
