I have an outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Wisconsin. Great pay and flexible schedule. Cover two sites on a set schedule, 30 minutes apart.

• 6 or 12-month assignments and all locations have potential for extending
• M-F 8 hour shifts or 4 10 hour shifts
• 8-10 Patients/day
• No weekends, No call

REQUIRED:

• WI state license; active, unrestricted
• DEA
• BLS
