Phlebotomist Portland, ME
$55k-$60k /yr plus additional $8k-$16k per year bonus potential
We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our medical team full time in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ experience in Phlebotomy. We are seeking someone who can multi-task, stay organized and proactive, while performing blood draws as prescribed by the healthcare providers. We need an experienced individual to work 3-5 days per week. We need a motivated and driven phlebotomist who has extensive phlebotomist experience. We offer excellent pay with bonus potentials that can add an additional $8k-$16k per year!!
About us:
We are a busy, highly organized multidisciplinary physical medical office in Portland, ME. We specialize in the use of advanced regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic pain. We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual to perform blood draws, prepare injections and turning rooms over for the provider.
Essential Duties:

Manage the lab
Assist the other healthcare professionals
Phlebotomy (perform blood draws)
Manage inventory
Manage patient flow
Maintain hygienic/sterile techniques
Ensure delivery of timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism to each patient

Additional Responsibilities:

Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff

Requirements:

Phlebotomy experience (preferably 3-5 years’ experience, but will consider a motivated candidate with 2 years phleb experience)
Ability to multitask
Excellent bed side manor required
Must be a team player

Schedule:

3-5 days per week

Compensation:

$55k-$60k /year plus 15% bonus - potential additional $8k-$16k per year!
