Outstanding opportunity for an Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to work with an amazing group of Neonatologists and other NNP's within the Tyler, TX area.

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Seven 24 hour shifts in a 28 day period
• Smaller facility in the Tyler, TX area
• NICU covered by NNP's and Neonatologists
• Avg daily census for the past 6 months has been 24 neonates
• NNP's have to attend deliveries of premature, twins, or high risk babies
• Avg 5 deliveries per day
• Strong salary with 5% annual quality bonus - 2.5% of base salary paid twice a year
