Position Overview

A hospital in Waterloo, Iowa is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing locum assignment. The provider will deliver anesthesia care across a range of surgical cases within a well-supported team environment.

Schedule

  • Hours: 6:30 AM 4:30 PM

  • Full-Time Availability: Preferred

  • Outreach: No

  • Telehealth: No

Practice Details

  • Department Volume: 3050 cases per day (department-wide)

  • Operating Rooms: 13

  • Team Composition:

    • 6 Physicians

    • 2 Advanced Practice Providers (CRNAs)

  • EMR: Epic

    Case Mix

    • General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC)

    • Healthy Pediatrics

    • Conscious Sedation Required

    • No Cardiac or Neurosurgery Cases

    Requirements

    • Board Certified CRNA NBCRNA Required

    • Active Iowa or Compact License Required
