Care Team Model | Cardiac & Neuro Cases | 3-Month Assignment

Opportunity Snapshot:A premier hospital in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a 3-month assignment starting in late March or April 2026. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, diverse case mix, and a supportive care team model in a world-class facility.

Key Details:

• Start Date: Late March / April 2026

• Duration: 3 Months

• Schedule: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

• Availability Requirement: Minimum of 2 weeks per month

• Call: None

• Setting: Hospital-based, Care Team Model

• Patient Volume: 27 cases per shift

• Support Staff: CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, RNs, Aides, and Techs

• EMR: Epic

Case Types:

• Cardiovascular (Basic & Complex Cardiac: CABG, TVR, MVR, PVR, AVR, aortic arches, dissections, TAVR, etc.)

• Neuro

• Thoracic

• Vascular

• ENT

• General Surgery

• Offsite Anesthesia

• No Obstetrics or Pediatrics

Position Notes:

• Cardiovascular CRNAs must also cover vascular procedures, ablations, device implantation, and CABG.

• Transplant cases are the only exception.

• Must be comfortable with both CV and Neuro cases.

Requirements:

• Board Certified (NBCRNA) Required

• CRNA, APRN, ACLS Certifications Required

• Active Minnesota License Will accept candidates needing licensure

• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

• Credentialed for Arterial and Central Lines Preferred (not required to perform)

• Self-Motivated and Independent Provider Required
