• Must be a board-certified NP or PA
• 2 locations available
• The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5 pm
• 15+ patients per day
• 100% outpatient
• On-Call via phone, 2-3 times per month
• Open to all ages or 18+ (Adults)
• Looking for mid-levels with at least 2 years experience
• EMR - All scripts pro
