Southern Virginia hospital system assisting a private Urologist in adding partner due to patient demand. Draw area covers 75,000 patient base. Call 1:3. Financial package to include 1-2 year income guarantee, signing bonus, $20K per year loan repayment assistance for 5 years, production bonuses, full benefits, $10K relocation, partnership track after 12-24 months. Hospital recently undergone $14M renovations, new MRI, new 64 Slice CT, PACS system in Radiology department, no robotics, 4 OR suits with block scheduling, surgical cases done 1-2 days per week. Also opportunity to teach residents through in-house Internal Medicine program. Client is actively interviewing and ready to hire for 2009 start date. 2009 residents/fellows as well as seasoned Urology specialists with up to 15 years practice experience welcome to apply.
