Northeastern Utah acute care facility in need of full time hospital employed Urologist due to growth, covering patients within a 3 county radius. Facility recently completed $8.2 million expansion to include new 4 bed ICU unit, new 9 bed ER wing, 2 new state-of-the-art trauma rooms, new outpatient surgery department, remodeled radiology dept with upgraded equipment, 6 new physician offices opening in August 2008. Financial package to include first year salary of $375 - $425K depending upon experience, signing bonus, production bonuses, full benefits to include malpractice, family health insurance, life, dental, LT/ST disability, 401k, pension, vacation, CME, relocation expenses.
