Caldwell Memorial Hospital seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to serve the needs of our growing patient population. This is a great opportunity to grow a practice with referral support from the network of hospital-employed physicians who comprise over 85% of the primary care providers in the county. Specialists in our market are supported by our network and characteristically achieve a market share of 5065%. CMH has a Radiation Oncology Center on campus for the collaborative treatment of prostate cancer in appropriate patients. Our collegial network of providers will welcome an Urologist to serve the full range of patients with urological symptoms. We offer a private practice model with start-up assistance with forgiveness from the hospital for a Urologist to join the multi-specialty surgical group, Horizon Surgical Specialists (HSS). This group of board certified surgeons has an established history of delivering advanced expertise, which as expanded to include state-of-the-art endovascular techniques and minimally invasive options for a wide range.
