Associate Director for Trauma Surgery
BryanLGH Medical Center is actively recruiting a Critical Care Trauma Surgeon to serve in the role of Associate Medical Director for Trauma Services and provide surgical support to our ACS Verified Level II Trauma Service.
The ideal candidate for this position is ABS Boarded or Board Eligible, experienced in trauma surgery and fellowship trained in surgical critical care. An interest in working with pediatric patients is desirable. This position will share coverage with the Medical Director for Trauma Services on a weekly basis. Call support is provided by designated Trauma Surgeons after hours. The practice model is open: the successful candidate may choose to be in private practice and contracted to the hospital for services, or may be employed by the Medical Center.
