This is a start-up practice and is offered as either salaried with in the Hospitals medical group practice or with gross income guarantee support for a physician seeking to establish a private practice. Excellent support for either employed or private model.

Our Hospital, a non-profit institution, founded in 1931, is a 113-bed acute care hospital serving South Central Massachusetts and Northeastern Connecticut - known as The Last Green Valley. We offer a small-town setting, excellent schools, and close proximity to the coast and mountains of New England, plus less than an hour to urban cultural activities and amenities in Boston, Hartford, Providence, Worcester and Springfield.
Our facility has a complete range of inpatient medical services (i.e., medical, surgical, ICU/CCU, psychiatric, pediatrics, OB/GYN beds and a two campus emergency medicine department) and a wide range of outpatient services including mental health, substance abuse, occupational medicine, and other programs. Our DI department boasts the latest technology, like a 1.5 in-house MRI, 64 slice CT and digital mammography. Radiology services are obtained via an arrangement with Health Center and are provided by Harvard Medical Faculty Group radiologists on site.
