Pulmonary/Critical Care physician sought to join private group of 3 near Indianapolis. Inpatient and outpatient practice in a 250-bed hospital. Call will be 1:4. Initial compensation includes starting salary of $240 - $260K plus benefits and profit sharing. Schedule typically includes 12 outpatient visits per day and 6-8 inpatient census.
