Three board-certified physicians need to add a critical care/pulmonary specialist to their successful private practice. The senior partner now devotes considerable time to sleep medicine, necessitating the addition of a colleague who will complement the other two partners in meeting the critical care and pulmonary medicine needs in the area. Sleep training is not required. Salary will be competitive. Call is 1/4.

The service area is approx. 188,000 and for specialty care over 327,000. The community offers abundant recreation, entertainment and cultural activities, excellent schools, affordable housing and convenient location. The city is about 100+ miles from Detroit and 150+ miles from Chicago. Starting salary or net income guarantee will be competitive and is expected to be within the ranges shown; however it may be adjusted to reflect market factors and individual candidate qualifications. Candidates joining established practices can expect bonuses based on productivity and partnership in one-two years with a nominal buy-in. Hospital-employed physicians will receive productivity-based bonuses plus hospital-provided malpractice insurance and benefits.
