Dauterive Hospital is recruiting a Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine physician to the community of New Iberia, LA - home of the famous Tabasco Sauce.

The community of New Iberia is located just a short drive to a metropolitan area thats seeing considerable expansion toward our area in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. The opportunity being offered is to join another in a private practice and share call equally, 1:2.

The ideal candidate would be one with an interest in seeing adult patients only. Partnership is available and negotiable. A strong primary care referral base and medical staff combine to give the new physician an opportunity to build a very successful practice very quickly.

Dauterive Hospital will provide the cash flow guarantee to recruit you into the community, which will include your first year salary guarantee, overhead/operating expenses and practice start up assistance. In addition they can provide a very generous sign on bonus, relocation, marketing, loan repayment for new grads, and legal fee reimbursement.
