North Carolina Psychiatry

Adult Psychiatrist is needed for a 12-bed adult unit in North Carolina. This is an In/Outpatient position. Call will be via phone during the week and every 5th weekend. Therapist and NP's handle the ER. 45 - 60 minutes for new patients and 15 minutes for medicines. This is a hospital employed position offering a competitive salary plus production bonus. 32 PTO days, plus 10 extended illness days. Full benefits, CME days with $5,000 allowance. 403B and pension plan. 4 1/2 day work week with 36 patients contact hours.
